If we shipped the correct order to you, we will unfortunately not accept returns OR refunds. If you received it broken or damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the package. Please make sure not to open the item for personal use, we will not accept responsibility of the damaged goods if we are not contacted accordingly. Please see below the rest of our terms and conditions. 

1. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However  if you feel unhappy or unsatisfied with your order in any way, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to resolve any issues. We don’t refund used products.

2. We have ensured to correctly pack your order as it leaves our office,We ship via The Courier Guy PTY LTD, and we will not be held liable for loss, damage or delay in shipping. Please contact us if there are any issues and we will resolve them with the service provider.

3. All shipping quotes/ prices are provided by The Courier Guy PTY LTD, which currently only ships for us within South Africa. Distances from our head office in Johannesburg affects the shipping cost.

4. We ship within 7 days of purchase, any delays will be resolved with The Courier Guys PTY LTD. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

5. Any tracking of your order can be done on The Courier Guy PTY LTD website provided you have a tracking number from us, in case of any issues please contact us so we can assist you. Tracking can only be done once your package has been collected from us.

6. We will assist you with returning a product to us.
